Mark VanDorp - Party

In celebration of Mark VanDorp's continued progress in recovering from burns in October, there will be a benefit party at Classic Rides Center in Annandale on Friday, April 27 from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. The event includes wine/beer tasting, a gourmet buffet, a silent auction, and a benefit blackjack table.

 Community Bible Study?

Pastor Luke and Pastor Jeff Palmer at Bethlehem UCC are gauging the interest for a community Bible Study in Maple Lake.  The study is planned to meet on Tuesday mornings at the Irish Blessings coffeeshop.   In light of the upcoming Pentecost season, the study is considering a walk-thru the book of Acts, but other topic suggestions are welcome.  If you are interested in the study, please constact Pastor Luke. 

The Cassidy Brothers

Reserve a very special evening of wonderful music!  The Cassidy Brothers, who hail from the Minneapolis area, will be presenting a concert at SCCC on Friday, May 18th at 7:30 P.M.  For more than 20 years they have delighted audiences with their stunning vocal harmony and down to earth style.  Their sound has been described as inspirational vocal music, based on solid close harmony and influenced by the Gaither Vocal Bankd, Glad and others.  Several members at SCCC have heard them in person or on CD and can assure you that they are one of the best groups out there.  There will be a free will offering to offset the expenses.
